1. Agreement

We provide immigration consultancy guidance, document packaging support, visa appointment assistance, attestation coordination, and manpower recruitment coordination from Rawalpindi, Pakistan. 3. No visa or outcome guarantees

Important: Embassies, consulates, immigration departments, universities and employers make all final decisions. We do not sell, promise or guarantee visa approvals, job placements, admissions or timelines. Any “success stories” describe past process experiences, not promises of your result.

4. Nature of advice

Website content (guides, FAQs, calculators, checklists, blogs) is general educational information and may become outdated when rules change. It is not legal advice tailored to every nationality or case. Paid services begin only after we confirm scope and fees with you.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete documents and information.
• Do not submit forged, altered or misleading papers.
• Pay official embassy, VFS, medical, insurance, university and government fees yourself unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
• Meet language, funds, medical and eligibility requirements of the destination.
• Keep copies of everything you submit.

6. Fees and refunds

Service fees cover preparation and coordination only — not visa stamps. Quoted packages (for example student files from PKR 50,000 or Saudi processing support at PKR 15,000) exclude authority fees unless stated. Refund policy is confirmed in writing for each engagement; work already performed may be non-refundable.

7. Employer / hire-workers portal

Employers using Hire Workers from Pakistan remain responsible for lawful hiring, contracts, wages and destination immigration compliance. We coordinate candidate sourcing and documentation support; we do not employ workers on your behalf unless a separate written agreement says so.

8. Acceptable use of the website

• Do not attack, scrape abusively, or attempt to access the admin portal without authorisation.
• Do not post unlawful, defamatory or infringing content via forms.
• Do not impersonate another person or company.

9. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, guides and tools belong to SK Immigration Services (SMC-Private) Limited or their licensors. You may not copy content for competing commercial use without written permission. Personal, non-commercial reference linking is allowed.

10. Advertising

11. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for a paid service is limited to the service fee you paid us for that specific engagement.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from false documents you provide, misuse of the site, or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Rawalpindi / Islamabad shall have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
