• Enquiry & lead data you submit via contact forms, eligibility quiz, CV builder, job applications, attestation requests, employer / hire-worker forms, or WhatsApp (name, phone, email, destination, documents you choose to share, messages).
• Technical data such as browser type, device, approximate location derived from IP, and pages visited (via hosting logs and Google Analytics).
• Advertising cookies if Google AdSense or similar partners are active on the site (see section 6).

3. How we use information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide immigration / documentation / recruitment guidance.
• To manage candidate CVs, job applications and employer workforce requests.
• To improve the website, security and service quality.
• To show relevant advertising (when AdSense or similar is enabled) and measure ad performance.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not guarantee visas; embassies and immigration authorities make final decisions.

4. Legal basis & storage

We process data based on your request for services, our legitimate interest in operating a secure consultancy website, and consent where required for non-essential cookies/ads. Lead data is stored in our secured cloud database (Cloudflare D1) and may be mirrored to staff tools (for example Google Sheets) used only by authorised SK Immigration Services staff. Access to the admin portal is password-protected with server-side session cookies.

• Service providers that host our website, forms, email, analytics or messaging (under confidentiality).
• Universities, employers, attestation vendors or medical centres only when you ask us to coordinate on your behalf.
